Shipping

Please allow 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from order to dispatch. For customised orders (e.g. personalisation) please allow a minimum of 5 working days. You will be notified of any order delays.
Return and Refunds

You are entitled to return an item 14 calendar days after it was received. Your return must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

Change of mind returns are only eligible for the cost of the item excluding shipping. The cost and management of the return in these cases will be the buyers responsibility.

Personalised items are not eligible for refund unless damaged or faulty.

If the item was damaged or faulty on arrival please send photographic evidence to _____________. Once damage/fault is confirmed you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement (if available).

Refunds will only be processed via the original payment method.
Liability

The seller 'Silver Burnings'/Louise Astridge accepts no liability for damage or loss resulting from misuse of items. For example, using lit tealights in candle holders (battery operated lights only are advised).
Accounts, Passwords and Security

If required you may be asked to register or create an account as well as create a password. Please select a password that is not easy to guess and change it regularly (e.g. monthly). You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur using your account information. Any images, messages, text, graphics etc, that are user submitted on publicly accessible areas on this site such as message boards or reviews will be used for marketing, display and distribution.
